Net Positive Atlanta and Subtropical Solutions

The Georgia Tech community is invited to join the International Living Future Institute for “Net Positive Atlanta: Subtropical Solutions” – focused on the success stories of pioneering Living Building Challenge project teams as they pursue the world’s most rigorous green building standard in this hot and humid climate.

Achieving Living Buildings in the subtropics calls for inspired, regionally-appropriate design and engineering. Project team members from Georgia Tech’s own The Kendeda Building for Innovative Sustainable Design and Alabama’s Gulf State Park Interpretive Center will be on hand to highlight unique net positive water and net positive energy solutions.

Speakers from Georgia Tech include:

Chris Burke

Jennifer Hirsch
