Manager Self-Service & Position Management: Info Session 4

Campus Info Sessions are meetings highlighting specific process areas in the HCM Transformation program. They are open to all faculty, staff, and student employees who want to learn more about the transition to OneUSG Connect. 

The Manager Self-Service module will allow managers to view and manage information about their direct reports. It will also provide managers with access to position management. Currently, many HR practitioners (HRBP's, Reps and Contacts) initiate employee and position management transactions. With with OneUSG Connect, managers will own the process of initiating these transactions and other personnel transactions. 

Understanding these changes will be essential for managers to effectively manage and lead their teams.  Register for an info session to learn more about position management and the Manager Self-Service module.
